Thats a bit short sighted to be honest; although I appreciate where you are coming from. I loved my ex wife but it certainly didnt mean that I would stay around and put up with her abuse. DB74

    Poor girl........probably just needs friends.......

Odd that she makes such a huge issue of your video games

while dating someone that is not a JW.

You will be sucked in a cave that could take years to get out of. Not just the JW part, but the mental illness and pill taking.

Be her friend if you want...........but don't be romantic or marry her for heavens sake.

And think about why you really let her keep controlling you. You seem too young to be wrapped up in a lifelong nightmare,

i'm dealing with the same situation currently. Although at the moment, we aren't really talking...we seem to be drawn together like magnets... It's a difficult one. But JW or not, anyone that starts threatening suicide is not someone to be in a relationship with.

I say you marry her. Teach her the bible the correct way and then ask God for his blessings. I am sure once she dumps the JW teachings, she will be fine with you her corner.

If she leaves you may be all she's got.

Sounds like she needs serious help. More help than you, her parents, or the elders can provide. Drop her off at the hospital.
