I forgot about thus until yesterday.
At the coming DC/IC this summer, pioneers are not allowed to get hard copies of new publacations! Elder & MS, and anyone else that wants one, can!

Makes sense to me. They will have the pioneers refrain from hard copies in an effort to make them advertise the website. -
