I have my own theory for why some were or weren't picked.

I don't look at those threads most of the time.

My sunshine was fading and disappearing yesterday then as I was about to poke fun at myself, dear sweet mis mentioned me in the thread. I can't tell you just how much that brightened my day. Hell, I clung to that one moment all day and it is what got me through the day.

And now, I'm sitting here with tears streaming down my face because feels that it's fivolous.

Yes, granted, it's fluff. But, jiminy cricket, we all need a kind word from someone. It does a world of good that can't be measured.

boy howdy do I understand that...that's why I was going to post my own name/picture...because if your name is not out there in the forefront, you are often overlooked.

There are so many wonderful people here that no one should be overlooked. The good people of this board have come to my aid when times were very...very tough. Good and wonderful people helping a stranger.

Thanks! It's actually in tribute to my two year old, who seems to think the kitties need to be pulled around the house by their tails. I think she's just trying to take them for a walk, but they don't seem to appreciate it!

You are adorable. It's probably more because of you posting frequency and people's limited memories. Just look at that cute avatar.

Ms. McDucket, if you will look at my comments, I mention women of color. I did that because I couldn't remember your name. You are not just beautiful, you are also witty and fun. I love your posts.

Minimus, your hotness factor would probably go up if we could see what you look like, or at least tell us a celeb you truly favor and if you gave us more than a phrase or sentence or two here and there. It's hard to tell a lot about your personality, other than that you are very inquisitive, because of that. You post a lot of threads and comments, but you don't really allow us to see who you are in any great depth.

Please note, people are going to remember, at first, the posters' names they see a lot. If you don't post as much lately, it's probably more memory on the commenters' parts than your lack of hotness. I keep seeing names pop up and thinking, "Ohhhh yeah, how did I forget?"
