  My mother tells me about this one woman in her mid 80s, who thinks that multiple brothers in the KH have mad crushes on her. She's absolutely terrified that one of them is going to jump her bones!

  Speaking of lunatics, my mother was one of them. Very iffy if she's going to raise her hand. You'll see it go up and down during a question at the WT study. Every one of her comments ends in "and ummmm...... that's it!" When she realizes she's underlined the wrong answer, she'll whisper angrily, "oh dammit, I got that one wrong."

  there was this one guy in my hall, well he never had time to do tihngs after work before the meeting, and he thought it would be perfectly ok to do it all at the hall... and hold a convo with you whilest he did it... for evample, he brushed his teeth without any water and tried to talk to me... another time at the beginning of the meeting i hear a buzzing noise behind me, so i look back and the guy is shaving with an electric razor!!! WTF!

  another time, this lady was waiting for her ride home, and when she was taking too long, the crazy decided to flick the lights on and off in the hall while chanting "ELAINE ELAINE ELAINE!!"

  Heard there was an anointed sister somewhere in California who puts on a bridal gown for the memorial. Yeah, every year.

  There were quite a few weirdoes in our Congo, but the thread question brings to mind a guy who these days stands outside Boots the Chemist giving out Watchtowers to smiling incredulous shoppers. He's one of the 144,000, so he reckons, and he's as mad as a box of frogs.

  I'll just tell you what I did once.

  I was at a district convention. The speaker was making a case for jws to be blindly obediant to the "slave". To test us he directed that in the next 1 minute or two (can't recall) no one move or speak. We were to sit and not move, I believe. The object was blind obedience, non-thinking type. (he of course said unserving obedience to jah) I totally ignored him and went walking about the floor.I was looking for a relative. I heard him but figured he was crazy to make a stupid request like that. I had no intention of standing still. I appeared to be the only one ,however, who felt that way. All else were quiert, you could have heard a pin drop. So here I am,walking about and so i'm as as obivious a s a sore thumb. I imagine they thought me crazy or wicked. I'm neither.Just stubborn and refuse to stand on my head and do tricks for anyone.

  This is sad but the sister was psycho.

  This one sister was married to a brother in my hall, in fact I was an usher in their wedding. He was pretty domineering as a huband, but she was flacky even as a young girl.

  One night he came to the meeting and during the service meeting she walked on tage and sat in one of the side chairs and urined on herself.

  For a minute no one knew what to do. She then started to sob loudly asking the elders to please help her.

  All the bastards did was drive her home. They never even spoke to her or her husband about the incident. They just acted like it never happened.

  Later it was revealed that her husband (also a dub) was physically abusing her and she attempted suicide.

  DAMN, that is so sad. Poor girl. Sounds like her husband was the real psycho.

  There was someone that would occasionally light a candle or two and stand outside the KH door holding them in his hands.

  my oddities were out in service more than at the hall.

  one sister would argue with people, put her foot in the door, she was a nut.
