  The word's organisation and religion do not appear in the bible. Many that worshipped God and are held up in the bible as great examples did not attend any Church or use the bible. Able, Noah, Job, Abraham etc. It is important to look to God, not to an organisation. Spirituality is part of being human. The benefit of church groups can be social, but they loose that benefit once they start pushing their own agendas and manipulating the followers.
