I turned 30 this past fall and it shocks me every time I think of it. I only feel maybe about 21.

I'm 100100, but I feel like I'm already 101000. I think having 10 kids does it to you. Of course, smoking 1111 cigarettes a day doesn't help, either! I do 1010 pushups and sit-ups most mornings, but it's making me feel worse. Am I building myself up, or wearing myself out?
