lol...just for the record...

i've never touched a tennis racquet in my life. the cause for mine is similar to FHN's...being on a computer at weird angles for a long time.

I've had tennis elbow before. You can have a steroid injection deep into the elbow which seemed to do the trick though it can return. It's always my right arm and I don't really know what caused it.... don't say it - I know what you're thinking.

wow..i had this too..in my shoulder...i woke up in the early hours of the morning and let out such a scream i'm sure the whole street must have heard it..i can honestly say i have never felt such acute pain...it was like getting a hot poker pushed thru my shoulder..

but i wasnt the only one...a college mate and a neice got it too...for no reason. no warning, and no obvious cause

which makes me thing it could be viral

the seering pain has gone but i'm still consious of it...4 months later
