Oh! I wasn't aware they did such a thing, unless perhaps you were a PO/DO/CO?? I'm surprised I wasn't announced then in my hometown! Oh well, as they say there's no such thing as bad publicity?!?! x

When they announce it in many halls, is it so that the shunning may begin with a "bang"?

Honesty
So when you were DF'd, how many halls were you announced in?
Reliable rumor has it that the three in my family who have either DA'd or been DF'd in the past month were announced in two seperate halls 20 miles apart.
I don't think this is standard procedure? Any thoughts? Is this new?

Do you see what that video you made did for your family?

Frannie - 6 HALLS!! You must be bad!!!
LOL, Schne! I was known in congs both in Cali and in several places in Texas. Since I had chided the Gov. Haughty so critically in my letter to them that got me dF'd, I'm sure that they wanted to INSURE that I wouldn't be paid any attention by anyone at any KH I had ever attended. I was dF'd in Cali, but it wasn't until I returned to Texas several years afterward that I learned the rumors from Cali (had travelled all the way to Texas and Louisiana, btw) were alleging that I had changed my name and started my own religion....pffffttt That spells paranoia to me. Paranoia of the WTS (Goliath) against one little ol' individual woman with a valid complaint against them.
Sounds like you are bragging to me........
(whacks Poztate) Nawp, Poz.......I just "got around" since I kept on the move looking for a loving congregation.

Mysterious
I remember people being announced before at our hall that I had never heard of in my life, I used to always ask mom who they were. Sometimes she knew, sometimes she didn't, other times she wouldn't tell me.
