Actually this is a good question and I'd like to see an Elder or former Elder answer it to hear their views. I expect that Elders will take control of individual halls and Co's will direct these Elders. Or they will until they realise there's no money in it. Sooner or later someone will start up another publishing company to fill the void but it'll be nothing like the GB. The Halls will become like local evangelical churches
