Poor Ian..as if he hasn't been through enough! I remember hubby running a fever when he was on chemo..they just said it was normal. Ian's must be high or they don't want to take a chance on any infection taking hold. Big hugs to Ian and Claire..thanks for keeping me informed. Snoozy...

if I mail a card tomorrow from the US will it get forwarded to Ian's house if he's not in the hospital by the time it gets there?

I imagine the hospital would forward it, but remember, Ian was anticipating a 3-week stay for this intense chemo and the stem cell treatment.
