OK, lets assume that we can't wish to have more wishes....lol
1) Be young again, like 18 years old
2) Have a great job, so that I could still have lots of time to travel
3) Go back in time and not repeat my errors, and see where I would end up

I didn't mention the word sex in my 3 choices, but when you have all 3, it comes automatically.

1 Be very wealthy, so I wouldnt have to work, nor my family and friends.
