Damsel, my goodness that was awful!!! What are you all eating right before bedtime?
No kidding that can have an effect.

I used to have terrible nightmares as a child. They were demonic type dreams involving my mother and I would be trying to escape escape escape! Then when I was having marital problems bad dreams returned. I also had bad bad bad dreams after the dfing. Shunning situations. Arrest scenarios. I was executed in one for crimes I didnt do.

Wanna know what????

Since coming on here and writing and talking my heart out (and laughing my guts out sometimes too) I have not had any nightmares for many many months now. This is amazing to me! But really doesnt it make sense too?

Finding some answers and peace and security and love and friendship has made the fears and anxiety I have suffered all my life go away.

The last dream I had I can remember was last week and it was a flying dream!!! Oh God I was flying so fast and so high. (I was showing off to everybody on the ground) Oh it was soooo much fun to soar here and there and waaaaaay up and then waaaaaaaaaay over to another mountain. Oh yeah, that was nice. I woke up laughing.

Yes, I'm dreaming too much lately.

I was in trying to walk faster than I could ... every step I took seemed like I had weights on my legs ... it was so tiring .. I can't remember all the details ... but it was miserable ...

Then my wife reminded me in the morning that I was tossing and turning so much at night ...

It's that time of the year here (Miami) when everyone turns on the air conditioning for the year but I really enjoy feeling the outside air blowing through the room at night ... I guess it's time to turn up the air and get under the covers and sleep better.

I used to have horrible dreams as a kid about swimming and then being swallowed by a shark or dropping into a pit of snakes and having them crawl all over me **shudder**

I only seem to remember nightmares.

Its a dream I've had from time to time over the last two years. Although its changed a bit over time. I'm back in highschool again. But at my current age. I couldn't for the life of me find my class. I missed nearly all of them and was going to fail. For the longest time it was an OAC mathematics class (as far as I remember it was always the one I actually didn't take). Then it was OAC english and finally all my classes and it threatened my even graduating.

LOL - I had a dream last night that I got to work and our section had been moved to the local supermarket and we were next to the Dog Food section! (I work in a helpdesk.) I remember being really annoyed that we hadn't been forewarned and that they hadn't hooked up our computers or phones either. I was trying to organise everyone i work with as well as get things back to how they were.

i remember dreaming that a very very very big girl that i know was chasing me with two giant pieces of bread... she wanted to make a sandwich out of me... i dont know if thats more funny, scary or disturbing!!!
