    Local foods? Deer sausage, elk burger, bovine steak, pork ribs, jerky, salmon, trout, rhubarb pie...I guess...I'm a little out of touch

    Pretty much anything with dumplings! And I LOVE lemon cake.

    Chicken Korma with chips (fries!) is my Wednesday treat.

    And good old battered haddock & chips (fries!!) with lots of salt and vinegar. mmm
