Really? I thought Greenlees was from San Fransisco.
Actually, Greelees married my uncle and aunt back in the 1950s.......we got pictures of them shaking his hand with that fake smile on his face.

so anyways...it seems that most of the GB are American, or at last naturalised at some point before being "appointed"...so much for represenation of the "world-wide-brotherhood"...sounds more like representation of convenience to me
