I don't think it was so much what did I miss because "I" was a Jehovah's Witness . . . as what did I miss because my "parents" were Jehovah's Witnesses. Ignorant, superstitious parents, poverty, and Jehovah's Witnesses did not make a good mix for my life. I missed some basics like going to bed with a full belly.

Couldn't watch 'westerns' ,play with toy guns, have female friends.
Actualy, my jw parents were not as strict as my Baptist grand parents. They were even worse ,no cards, billards, darts,boys couldn't lock the bathroom door.

All the fun in life.......... Like christmas and other holidays, B-days, sex??? no I had that, but thats about it....

I think a lot of Witnesses engaged in sex, especially the teenagers. Sex aka immorality was the #1 reason elders have judicial meetings.
