Please explain: Faithful, Discreet & Slave

  Hello, I was a very, faithful witness until Sept. And here are some points I discovered.

  1. The word 'governing body' is not found in the bible

  2. The apostles in Jerusalem and older men were only (as far as we know) asked only one thing, and that was to settle the dispute of circumcism, after many years of going back and forth. The WT controls everything.

  3. The groups of worshippers were in people's homes and had freedom of interpretation

  4. We should have no one governing over us but Jesus. The slave was only supposed to give one another spiritual food.

  5. The 1000 year reign is to happen, when he comes at the end of great tribulation and then we will have kings, and priests ruling over us.

  Then think he came in 1914, but scholars say no. Br. Russell had some refreshing truths and that is how it got started.

  The key word that perpetuates the deception within this 'FDS as God's chosen channel' concept is the word "Class".

  Nowhere in the context of the scriptures in Matt 24:45 and Luke 21 will you find that word or even a hint of that concept.

  If the FDS is a "class", then why stop there? Why not also have a evil slave class? Master class? Domestics class? Wise virgins class? Foolish virgins class? and on and on we go......

  They don't! It never ceases to amaze me how many Witnesses with many years attendance at meetings don't know this. The confusion comes from reading one thing and seeing another. In order to overcome the contradiction, Witnesses stray from the official teaching.

  So what is the official teaching?

  The FDS is supposedly ALL anointed ones on earth at any given time. Their total is 144,000 but while they live on earth, they are of the FDS which feeds their fellow "domestics" spiritual food at the proper time.

  Correct.

  Yes, it does not happen that way in practice! It is a primary way to prove it IS NOT GOD'S ORGANIZATION.
