It is not the anointed but only the GB that formulate all the ideology of the JWs the rest do not participate in all this because they are not allowed to do so.
Strangely enough most dubs don't seem to really care about the many prophetic and doctrinal failures of the org because they really got taken in by the idea that the GB are God appointed and therefore ultimately nothing can go wrong with them.
That ever increasing light of the righteous (are the GB righteous?) excuse also helps in keeping them calm and quiet. New light replaces old light, there is steady progress and the GB are shown in a good light because they are willing to change their doctrines when they realise that they are wrong, unlike the catholics etc. -

Oh man, just reading what the JW's were commenting made me (almost) want to go to a book study just to hear what BS they came up with.
It always gets me when they say no one other than the JW's are doing preaching work. I think other churches are much more effective. The Mormans immediately come to mind, but there are other groups as well. The Baptists in my area a quite active in going door to door. Unfortunately I've never been home when they've been by, but they leave tracts/etc in the mail box. The church I sometimes attend has outreach programs both locally and abroad. The most definately are not the only group preaching.

What would happen if you do that? Would you be carried of stage during your talk by the elders? Or will everyone immediatly shun you and never mind doing the research. I think perhaps you would make some people curious and maybe plant a little seed of doubt.

THE JUBILEE
An understanding of the jubilee system which Jehovah inaugurated with Israel throws a great light upon the immediate future events. The Scriptures clearly show that Israel, while God dealt with them for more than eighteen centuries, was a typical people. Their law was typical, foreshadowing greater and better things to come. The Lord commanded Moses to institute the Sabbath system the year that Israel entered the land of Canaan, which was 1575 years before A. (Jeremiah 25:11; 2 Chronicles 36:17-21) A simple calculation of these jubilees brings us to this important fact: Seventy jubilees of fifty years each would be a total of 3500 years. That period of time beginning 1575 before A. D. 1 of necessity would end in the fall of the year 1925, at which time the type ends and the great antitype must begin. What, then, should we expect to take place? In the type there must be a full restoration; therefore the great antitype must mark the beginning of restoration of all things. The chief thing to be restored is the human race to life; and since other Scriptures definitely fix the fact that there will be a resurrection of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and other faithful ones of old, and that these will have the first favor, we may expect 1925 to witness the return of these faithful men of Israel from the condition of death, being resurrected and fully restored to perfect humanity and made the visible, legal representatives of the new order of things on earth.

And what about the mormons, they are activly preaching in our area
I remember seeing 2 mormons preaching when I was little. I said "look mommy, those men are preaching" and she smacked me across the face and said "don't you dare ever say they are preaching. nobody but jehovah's people preach the good news"
