I think it depends on the cong and the BOE. The old men are still of the theory that you will go blind (and "Jah's spirit will be hindered" within the cong). My guess is that spanking the monkey is not hindering the spirit, more like child molestation, men abusing women and children, people losing their minds and killing their family members, etc., etc., etc.,. But that is just my imperfect opinion.

The key to Jehovah's spirit being missing in a congo is directly to tied to the kindness level. If people are judgmental and mean, if people are cold hearted, Jehovah will withdraw his spirit.***** He doesn't care if you play with yourself, he only cares what you think about while doing it. So don't think about mean stuff while you play, okay? Just be nice.

Witnesses need to find a hobby that will keep them busy, so as to allow everyone to live their lives. As long as people do not do harm to one another, what should JayWabba's care. My guess is that when you don't have anything else to do, other then feel self righteous, it leaves you a lot of time to tattle on everyone else. But you have to admit, it is pretty funny (standing on the outside looking in) when JW family members have some kind of scandel like Sister Suzy Q. has not been getting more then 10 hours of service in a month, WOE TO THE EARTH ..... GET A LIFE!!! But that is just MY perfect opinion.
