The surroundings look like Oneonta Falls in Oneonta Gorge just E of Multnomah Falls up the Columbia River Gorge from Portland. It's a beautiful place! It's usually 20 degrees cooler than the surrounding area in summer - no wonder her nipples are erect.

Oh man I can't believe it, can't believe my eyes. I'm a birder, er I bird watch for a hobby and I took that photo OFG and expanded it, zoomed in for a closer look and couldn't believe seeing this rare beauty:
That is a sterna aurantia or commonly called a River Tern. It pretty much narrows down where the waterfall is and my guess is Sir Lanka or India which is the only places you will ever find these rare birds.
Awesome thanks for sharing that I'm just so thrilled, only wish I could add this rare beauty to my bird book but it wouldn't count as I didn't see it in person, sigh.
