  Teabagging: adj ; 1. to prepare a wholesome hot beverage using the dried and prepared leaves of the shrub Thea sinensis from which a somewhat bitter, aromatic drink is made by infusion in boiling water. 2. the repeated dunking of a person restrained inside a bag into water. This is a common boys' boarding school prank. It should be noted that this predates any known use of tea in the British Isles and is at present practiced throughout the London buroughs and Greater Manchester.
