BlessedStar as a christian, a footstep follower of Christ I have a question for you. Would Jesus belittle and ridicule the sick like this?

BlessedStar, if God has no beginning and no end, then why diminish it to some thing out side of all the wondrous dynamics of life -- including evolution? Why place God in a distant little box?

I wasn’t talking about the low evolutionary mental capacity of George Bush. That is a given.
I was talking about the large number of people who voted for him. Twice. Those people are still living with a two thousand year old understanding of everything. To me, that’s even more disturbing then the Texas red neck Neanderthal they put their faith in.

It passed sad many years ago and has gone straight to down right scary. It’s that two thousand year old mentality that has put the world into the state it is now.
People with a similar two thousand year old mentality are pissed off at others with the similar two thousand year old mentality because they support another group with a two thousand year old mentality that won’t play nice with yet another group who lives by the same two thousand year old mentality.
Talk about living in the past.

I'm sorry you think I was ridiculing. That was not my intention at all! My aunt was born very special (down syndrome). I loved her. I miss her. She died. I would take her anywhere with me when she came to visit for holidays. I would never ridicule such wonderful human beings.
