  Welcome and sorry about the split with your wife. You're correct about the difficulty of escaping, mentally. It took me close to 5 years to deprogram.

  What are your 2 black belts in, if I may ask? I'm getting my BB in TKD this summer and I'm thinking of taking up a grappling art to suppliment my TKD.
