Congratulations!!!
My future hubby and I just bought a house ourselves. It is a real buyers market were I live. The house we bought is a new construction and it's been on the market since last November.

I am trying to keep my 'cool'..lol..Till the 11th and hope that it all works out!
And WOW...Is trying to find the land that you want ever hard!
Over the weekend I only had 9 hours sleep in 48 hours....And even when I was asleep, I was looking for land..LOL!
