What the Hell was that for? She must've said something really rank to her daughter or whoever that was. Unfotunately, I don't have sound on this PC. But geeze, what she must've said!!!

She made a comment about someone having THC in their system. I take that as a positive test for marijuana. Apparently the mother didn't appreciate the accusation.

Oh goodness, I could only watch that once. Looks like a news crew filming her and she got busted. I think that lady who did the punching got busted soon after the incident.

That really wasn't much of a punch at all: the victim was still standing. It could be said that the assailant hit like a girl.
Technical note: the blow is more accurately described as a "hammer fist" and it is generally a better way to hit than the traditional fist, because the bones of the fingers and wrist are less likely to get injured during administration of the strike.
The assailant took the victim completely by surprise, because the victim was making her comment about THC to the news crew or reprter or someone and was looking to her left as the assailant came in from her right and struck her.
