Have come to chapter 8. I'm genuinely surprised with depth of arguments and clarity of thinking of it's author. Book definitely deserves 5 star rating. I've read many different authors but I've gotta admit Ray is among the top writers I've read so far. There is no sentimental smoke screen one would expect from such a book but only thorough research and analysis.
all you lurkers reading this maybe you should read this book first, then if you still want to be JW so be it but at least educate yourself in your religion.

.... and to that lurker wannabe hacker trying to attack my computer - bro you are dealing with a pro get lost.

Hi Zagor. Crisis of Conscience, I believe, is required reading in order to remove the scales from ones eyes regarding the truth about the truth. It needs to be reviewed by me at least once every two years. The impact on my life and holding onto the ideas and beliefs about the truth require the same fanaticism and devotion in study to that publication as the WTB&TS tried to get us to study all of their propaganda.

I don't normally like reading that much but I read COC in about 3 days.

Gentile Times Reconsidered is very good to.

prophecor : I know what you mean.

When you think of all the indoctrination you recieved ( me born into, loyal till 37 years old ) I'm happy it only took about 5 years to totally recover and to see it for the cult that it is.

I, for one, was absolutely stunned when I learned the truth behind the whole Malawi issue. I remember writing letters to the Government officials, pleading with them to stop the abuse and murders, of my fellow witnesses. I was just a kid then, so it was really horrifying to me that this was happening. Then, to find that it was totally unnecessary, made me so angry, I cried. THAT, was totally unforgivable. The entire book was incredible!! I really don't think the R&F have any clue, as to how the GB operates. I sure didn't, until I read the book. This is just one book, that I believe all newly interested ones should read, before they continue their study with the witnesses. It very likely would change their minds.

    Hi everyone,

I read COC and I have the second book "in search of Christian Freedom" which is great too and has many photo copies of secret internal letters. I also read 30 years a WT slave. If anyone would like to read any of these three books, I am finished so I would be happy to mail out to the first person who contacts me, either of these. Just pm me your mailing address. Lilly

    cyd,

I got it and you will be getting a book. Sorry guys all the books are gone already. I have replied to those who were first already, so check your pms. I will be mailing them out shortly. No need to send me any postage money. Consider the books a free gift from the Lord and I hope and pray it helps release you all from bondage to the Borg! I read them after already leaving but they helped me to really understand how the WT is a man made org. Hope it does the same for all of you.God bless. Lilly
