Next time the JWs come to your door, bring out a copy of Ray Franz's "Crisis of Conscience" book and start asking questions about it and from it!
After "sharing" this book with a few of their visits, they will "mark" your house as a "do not call" and will not return.

Yes, as my mom would say; Don't you know Satan already has all the worldly people, the people in christendom. That's why it's so hard for us as witnesses because Satan is concentrating all his efforts on us.
Poor witnesses they're the only people on earth able to succesfully stand up to Satan.

Why would Satan waste his time trying to make Jehovah's Witnesses look ridiculous? They do a good job of that all on their own, as most people can easily see, and that's why most people want nothing to do with the JWs.

Come on guys, you know it is just the typical persecution factor. JWs are all about the 1) Satan is behind it 2) apostates are behind it = translation, Satan is behind it 3) we are getting persecuted for our faith = translation, Satan is behind it.
We had a family friend who was a bit absent minded. However, every time she lost her keys she blamed it on the Satan. Satan is hiding her keys again so she cannot go to the meeting, go out in service, make her bible study. It was hysterical, until I realized she was dead serious. The persecution complex runs deep. What is really frightening is when they mix it up with the whole conspiracy theory as well. Then it is really tripped out.
Wow. Just... wow. "We actually make sense, Satan just manipulates your mind so it looks like we don't make any sense!" I'm reminded of the words of Galileo Galilei, "I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason, and intellect has intended us to forgo their use."
