Once when I was a teenager, I was watching the baptisms, and this woman didn't go under all the way, her hand or something stuck out of the water. For some strange reason, I didn't say anything when it became apparent that I was the only one who saw this. As she walked away, I realized that I alone knew that she was not truly baptised, but still I held my tongue; I don't know why. For years, this haunted me, but now I know it's not important anyway.

I remember a sister from my cong when it was her turn to get dunked. Turns out she was afraid of water. (which explains her obnoxious body odour). It took them about 15 minutes to get her in the tank.

You could hide out in the change room at the DC,probably have to avoid the heavy security, then get into your "modest attire" and walk out with the rest of them. Just like the guys just did in prison break!!!!
Is the security that tight these days? Granted its been 10 or so years since I went through it myself, but I dont recall there being anyone checking IDs in the designated seating area, or on the way to the changing room or pool. The only thing that I recall were there were two guys asking everyone if they had been previously baptised (or maybe it was DFed) just before they went into the tank.
I think that would be a riot to get a group of DFed folks together and go for a mass re-instatement.

The reason that it's important is they believe that baptism isn't symbolic it's actually resulting in the forgiveness of your sins! That's why if you can get into a convention and get dipped again your automatically reinstated! HA what a Freaking joke this religion is!

Thanks Es, I remember now that I have a photo somewhere of my baptism. I must look it out and feed it into dedpoets shredder. I don't want any reminders of that day hanging around.
