You don't believe the WTS by the sounds of it, so why would you confess?
But I worry about the girl. Does she want to be a JW? Then don't screw your life up by marrying her, and don't screw her up by fooling around with her.
Also, will she dob? If so you both need to confess together so you both look repentant. If she dobs you in to the elders without you you will be looked on negatively and possibly get the big stick.
