I just checked on the stats for this week, and it looks like Taylor is still #1. Elliot has the lowest votes, but it's close with Kat.
I thought her "Over the Rainbow" was brilliant, but Taylor ruled the show.

I've never cared for Taylor.. But Mike (a christian) will be happy. I would want Kat to win and Elliot, second.. Love the show a lot. Last year, was so disappointed when Carrie won. I liked Nadia and Constantine.

I stopped watching once they cut chris. Tayler is great too, but I'm completely boycotting it, now that they've cut their best or close to best singer.

I too stopped watching until season 6. For me, the only thing that was keeping the show interesting and with some competive edge was chris vs taylor. When he left, the air went out of the tires. I expect taylor will win, Kat really is not good enough to beat him . also he has all the votefor the worst peole helping him out. I heard kat got a little help from skye, howver.

After last night I really think Elliot is out.
And yes Kat was awesome on her "Over the Rainbow" But I didn't like her other two songs

just found out that on the 2 hour finale, kat will be performing with Meat Laof, The others also will be be performing with different ones, but the only one I know for sure is this one, b/c I'm a Meat Loaf fan and on his mailing list.
so once again, despite my feelings about chris, American idol drags me back b/c I have to se see my fav rocker, Meat Loaf.

I think Elliot is going tonight. I hope Taylor wins! Kat can sing - of that there's no doubt - but she lacks depth. There are times when a person sings a song and it seems to come from deep inside them sometimes making a mundane vocal into something that moves you - Taylor gives us that...Kat just sings. The notes are good, the facial expression studied but what comes out seems superficial and not heartfelt. Taylor is an entertainer - Kat is a singer. sammieswife.

I had Dave watch the show this morning, fast forwarding through the goop, and he thought Taylor was absolutely the best.
