Yeah, not exactly Chinese, but the local Chinese buffet has some of the best fries in the area. Go figure.

I like the whole buffet... But lean towards the Hunan Chicken...
If it has green peppers in it - forget it.

Beef with black bean scource and prawns with ginger and scalots is what i order every time and its delicious from the noodle castle just down th e road. Barry

I can't believe no one has said aromatic crispy duck in pancakes and Hoi sin sauce!
However I wonder how much monosodiun glutamate goes in them to enhance their taste, could it be chicken meat frozen for a year before getting used?

LMAO... When we go out for Chinese at our local place, they have that pink pork stuff on a stick. We call it "cat on a stick" The kids believed it for awhile and wouldn't touch it.
