I told mum i was going with a friend to the convention.

She is gonna get us everything we need. I explained its not out of interest but observing it from an outsiders point of view, she accepted that. I cannot believe it!!!!

I actually think that it will be a good experiment for Karl. Because when you are going as an outsider looking in, you get a totally different prespective on it. Let us know how it goes, how you felt, and about all the baloney they serve up to the R&F will you?

Hey i know it sounds partly insane but my friend is also gonna use it as part of her college course, she needs to have studied religious experiences e.t.c

i am not excited too much, i was gonna do only sunday actually and laugh at the cheesey drama while my friend takes notes for college thingy whatever. the public talk is on Sunday so if anything is gonna be full of nonsense gems then it will be that.

    i'll let ya know L.lil.

I took my hubby to his first and last convention last year; I was pretty impressed that it only took one talk and the drama to scare him away due to the extreme chilling awfulness of it.

She'll be boasting to the 'sisters' lol.

Don't forget to play BULLSHIT BINGO (I wish it had been around in MY DAY, circa 1920)

Ahhhhh, the dramas with their terrible american voice overs . No offence meant to americans or your accents, but would you like to have say a german or french accent voice over in your drama .....lol

It used to really wind me up, couldnt they just tape english voice overs, or didnt they trust us.

Actually it may be good for you to say how this IS an American religion, that usually puts the Brits off.
