Wow I just threw away about 60 lbs. of jw literature garbage ! I hope the garbage man doesn't hurt his back . Isn't it wierd I still couldn't get rid of all of it ? I boxed all the bound volumes up form 1974-2005 to put in the garage .They were way to heavy to through out all at once .

You know I have NO idea what happened to all mine. I moved quite a few times and remeber packing it all up but then its just vanished. I'm sure I'll get over it! Dams

My books and magazines accumulated faster than I could/wanted to read them.
I got rid of 90% of all my JW junk a few years ago.
I kept the bible and songbook and 2 or 3 other books.

I've been hanging on to some stuff. Not sure why. The old books, the ones I found in my grandparents attic, I want to keep...there were only a few, but why keep the bound volumes? I only have about 5 years worth and they take up a bunch of room. I'm thinking about tossing them this weekend.

I got rid of some of mine, and the rest is in my mums spare room, waiting for me to sort it out. I'll get to it eventually, maybe around November 5th.
The stuff that's gone I burned, and it was very therapeutic, seeing it go where no - one else could ever be deceived by it.

Haha. I threw mine out about two weeks ago. Crap loads of bound volumes and tns of books, probably over three hundred pounds of crap. My wife still goes and got pissed at me and tried to salvage as much as she could by taking it to her mothers house. I was like whatever as long as that shit doesn't take up room in my house. I guess she told a "sister" that works with her what I had done and she said that the sister started crying. I was like WTF? I asked her if these books were holy or something and more important than the bible, which it seemed they were. I just said the whole attachment was SICK!!!!

Funny, it's like they're idolizing these books made from trees.
Threw my stuff out about 5 years ago, while doing it thought of the wasted money .
Remember: get your orders in now for the bound voumes you only have so much time the society is only printing so many.
Oh no I hope they don't run out.
It's not worth the hassle selling on e-bay unless you have really old stuff.

I've been throwing all the JW literature here out. There was a lot of magazines going back to the mid 1970's. I throw out about 40-50 pounds of this trash each week. I'm starting on the yearbooks next.
