I do know personally that some of my husbands family members or their friends read here. Because things I have said here came right back to slap me in the face.

Back to the movie "Spies Like Us", I never saw that one either!
So many movies I never saw because I was so busy busy with the meetings and all and just strugggling to survive.
And of course I had no extra money after rent and food and gas for movies and other luxuries being a single sister house cleaner!
Good grief! I was such a good girl! I could give lessons on how to survive and live without enough food, money, family support or love or fun. And still go door to door and tell people you are on the winning team. Too bad all that loyalty was not banked up for the day I got the axe for a sin. (And they say Jehovah is not so wicked as to forget all your hard work bla bla bla) Yeah, right!
JW spies, it is better not to sin, but if you do, dont go confessing to your elders thinking they are going to check your bank account of good deeds for God and weigh that against your sin.
There is no good deeds bank account. Get that straight.
My advice is to do as little as possible for the org and take time for yourself and family so you and they wont go off the deep end mentally and emotionally and suffer the consequences for your neglect of personal time. The Society will survive without your sacrifices and sufferings.
Glad you are lurking here. Wish my whole JW family would. They and you need to wake up to reality. There is another way to worship Jehovah without worshipping the man made Watchtower Organization along with it.

To lovelylil: I've been reading your posts here for a few weeks, and I must say you are one sweet lady. If the JWs had not scoured all religious feeling out of me, I would want to be a Christian like you. Keep up the good work.

Look what happened to our good friend Ritchie Rich? He posted some scans from an Elder's manual he'd gotten his hands on and very promptly had a JC knocking on his door! So I'd say somebody's watching! All I can say is behold and weep!

For the jw spy visitors - people don't reveal who they really are because they don't trust you, as their experience of your ways is of those who would betray
whatever you believe - distrust for you is fact
I don't really care if any of my family read what I write. They can't hurt me any more than they already have.
Besides what are they going to do about it? Not talk to me more?
