Oh man. That looked fun. Who needs six flags?

LDH
Well at least there are no fumes from vehicles that idle at stop-lights forever!
I make a wager that's India.

Good grief. That isn't Montreal. And the signs are in English so it can't be Trois Rivieres or Quebec City and the bus isn't Hull/Outaouis
So where is this JH?

So where is this JH?
It looks like India or Pakistan, like LDH said.
On the other hand, it could be the intersection of Jean Talon and Decarie in Montreal

You should see the films of street traffic in the 1910s and early 1920s, before they had traffic lights and traffic laws...looks even worse!

Naaah No Decarie Trench and no racetrack
For those who don't know The Roadway called Decarie is built in a long north/south trench wiith bridges spanning the top.

This is opposed to the Metropolitan Blvd (east-west) which is most often called the Elevated and cross roads go under the elevated.
Both of these roadways are nightmares for people who are new to the city. They are fast and dangerous The elevated has been known to have cars go over the rail and crash down 3-4 stories. Winter snow piled on the sides of the elevated were declared a real hazard when a couple of cars vaulted up the snow piles and launched themselves off the highway. (The city now removes all of the snow on the elevated) The picture below actually shows the junction between these two roadways. It is called The Decarie Circle but as you see there is nothing circular about it. You really need to know where you are going when on this nightmare of a junction

I used to live just a few blocks to the left from this intersection. And the road leading off to the right is the picture above
Oh and the raceway - Blue Bonnets - the JWs even had a couple of DC there a long time back and there was some unknown reason they stopped using it. In fact I think the JWs in Mtl have just about worn out their welcome to all the large complexes which is probably why they had to build their own. Stan has some pics of the Hall http://members.shaw.ca/tt3/m/m.htm
Thanks JH for the memories

JH,
That can't be Quebec, because in that whole video clip there wasn't one accident. Definitely not Quebec.

Yes, India or Pakistan looks like a fair bet as they are driving on the left.
