  DISTRICT CONVENTION PARKING: At all convention sites where we have secured control of the parking facilities, the spaces will be made available at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis. No parking tickets will be used, but convention badge cards will serve as identification for parking.

  (No one pays for the convention badges. I wonder what students and non-JW family members do?)

  Feel like I could just get up and give these talks - they're just as I remember. Old habits die hard.

  I thought the lousy delivery of material at conventions was because the creative people have found more challenging things to do.

  After reading the instructions for speakers it is clear that the trance inducing drone is their objective.

  oh wait, I think the manual is no longer "meat in due season". Blondie is right again. But, does anyone remember here WHY there was "New Light" about the parking tickets? If I remember correctly, it was due to the Tacoma Dome scandal. And the instigator is none other than "Mulan's" husband, who broke the story to the authorities.
