I visited a friend who keeps an orchard with trees and vegetables and we took care of all the plants there watering and pruning them where necessary.

My neighbor's kid grad from 8th grade

They had many people and we were invited. It felt so good to be invited by someones house for a

"help yourself lunch Nesco style" I ate too much......but it was great.

It was mixed. Saturday was good, but I was just quietly working on an artistic project yesterday afternoon, listening to my iPod minding my own business...a certain song was shuffled on the playlist and I suddenly couldn't stop crying. I missed my grandmother so much. I still can't believe she's not here. I dreamed of her Saturday night and that always makes me miss her more. Being it's spring I miss her more this time of year too, miss her old house, we used to sit on the porch and talk and drink tea and listen to the birds and watch the trees blossom. I wanted to drive by the old place yesterday or go visit her grave...but I was just frozen. I've heard it's really run down (the house) now anyway and would just make me sadder.You can't go home again :(

Infamous one, you're a good guy for doing what you did. Look at it this way, now that she's moved she won't ask you for anymore help likely! LOL and you had to earn karma points for all that, IMO...

I was working on Saturday and then revising the rest of the time for my exam which I did this morning.

Finished reading "The End of Faith", played with my kids inside since it poured all of Saturday, went to the nail salon, & began writing a short story last night. I'm still recovering from an ankle injury, so I don't do much these days.

Worked all day Sat. Long and boring= $$$ So I can't really complain about it all that much I guess.
Had friends over that night, watched a movie and played Trivial Pursuit.
Sunday didn't do much of anything except laundry. Yeehaw.

Worked in the morning through to the early afternoon. I saw The Breakup at the theater in the mall Saturday night. Went on an unsuccessful hunt for large, gooey cinnamon rolls on Sunday morning then took a drive north to Birch Bay and Blaine.

I didn't think to take my shades with me so the bright haze left me on the couch for the remainder of Sunday with an awful headache.
