    LOL at seattleniceguy!

Also a question: Who here thinks the discovery of transitional fossils linking early hominids, birds and reptiles and land and sea creatures is really an elaborate hoax propagated by Kid-A?

Just kidding Kid-A. Love your posts!

"so... Daniel-p, care to up your placements for the month by one...?
lemme know if you need my addy"
It would be the first mag i've placed in about 5 months - I can see the look on the PO's face now, turning in a time slip with 89 "aposta-hours" and 1 shitty mag placement. Hmmm, that might be a good idea actually... On second thought, I think I might just pdf the whole thing when I get it.

That September magazine has a short interview with Behe (of irreducible complexity infamy).

    Here it is:

Interesting that they should want to press with that campaign. Even the de-scienced (compared to the 1985 book) Creator book was frustrating to many of the brothers and sisters in my hall, so I heard.

No joke, one time I came out of the KH and I complained about the brightness. "I hate that it takes so long for my eyes to close," I said.

"Well technically, it's your irises that need to close because they are open too wide right now," my friend replied. He got me good! I was caught sounding like a dum-dum.

"Well....this is God's House! Science has no place here!" I retorted. Another older sister heard what I said and quipped, "Amen brother. You tell him to stop getting all high and mighty."

Science really has no place amongst the incurious and ignorant, indeed.

Midget-Sasquatch, This is priceless! It shows how far Behe has fallen, that, after getting laughed out of court as unscientific, he's reduced to a crummy infobox in the Awake! magazine. Of course, in the Awake! magazine's case, it's never too late to hitch your star to a wagon (I.D.) that is careening off a cliff.

It is quite curious that the interviewer failed to ask Behe why it is he believes wholeheartedly as proved fact all of the other parts of evolution that the WTBTS does not.

Blondie, Behe's Catholic. Interestingly, in Darwin's Black Box he claims that there was an event of human parthenogenesis during World War Two (in England or Germany, I don't recall which all these years later), due to the shock the woman suffered from a bomb blast, but didn't offer a citation. A decade later, I have just now recalled that I wanted to look that up.

Arthur, Who are the "more and more scientists" suggesting that the Genesis account matches the evolutionary model? Since it doesn't, at all.

Did anyone mention the fact as Blondie pointed out that September is a traditional month for Evolution vs. Creation.

    Is this because school starts?

Or is it another sign the Watchtower is on auto-pilot.
