Your info is interesting but it has been hashed and rehashed so many times. It all means nothing. CTR did what he felt was right in his day.......whether he was or was not connected to the Masons. And if you want to know the truth..........there is NO evedence whatsoever connecting him to them.

I edited my post a little so that somehow you might grasp the relationship between the symbolisms of a motorcycle that I rode and an airplane that I was associated with compared to the symbols that were used in the early WT day. Associating the WT with the Masons is a moot point. Just because of certain symbols that were used.

You are perpetuating a JW myth that russell was the modern day founder of JWs. He was not. He founded IBSA. There is very little congruence between russell and jw belifs. Rutherford was the founder of JWs.

I notice that Russell's grave, (with the pyramid next to it), and the masonic temple though it was built much later, are in the same compound, there is no fence between them.

IP SEC is right that the JWs are ideologically much closer to Rutherford but they may have inherited some things from Russell.
