New Light IS Science - it's just not published without intellectual dishonesty.
They make the best hypothesis they know how (albeit absurd subjectivity) - then they're wrong, and they change.
It's just that they don't include the "being wrong" part in the reports they deliver.

and the science does lag the rest of the population somewhat - could have something to do with building on those incorrect reports
