  first of all i wish to exspress my sorrow for everyones loss here.

  i hope that no has lost loved ones, sadly it seems very likely.

  Mr Bush and Mr Powell siad that they must fight against, not just
  terrorists, but the countries who let them operate.

  Where i live we have faced terrorism for years.

  bombs have ripped through women and children.

  runners in local funruns have died in carbombs.

  my own father dealt with the dying in omagh

  My home has beel bombed.

  Yet the question was never asked "who paid for there weapons". We all knew.

  We're all likely to get a bit carried away in the next couple of weeks/months.

  Did you see the movie "Billy Elliott?" My current favorite and takes place in Ireland.

  As for terrorists - you're right in one point. It's a new experience for most of us in the usa. And it's way too old for England/Ireland and a host of other countries. Has Canada been baptized yet?

  Perhaps we can speak about these things with logic - but I'm not too sure. We failed miserably when discussing race relations. Just too many emotions tied up.

  The terrorism has been going on for such a long time that we have got used to it. It seems to be almost non-existent to overseas visitors, untill one of them forgets a shopping bag. Then all hell breaks loose in case it's another bomb.

  Not really confused here, but wish to be clarified.

  Josephus is from Northern Ireland - and has felt the tragedy in his homeland of terrorists - and blames the United States.

  Englishman has also felt the tragedy of terrorists in his English homeland - and blames the United States'Irish decendents who give money to Ireland.

  Both sides are blaming people and/or the government of the United States. If it's individuals - well, you've got individuals too who raise money. So does about any other group in about any other country.

  Is the United States Government provenly giving/raising money to both the English and Irish to kill each other?
