You're right. Why they bothering you when you work in Deli? Since when do you sell cigs? Even if you parttime cashiered to fill in according to their "official statement" you weren't selling them only.
I found that they were always looking for you to fail. It's a religious org. that sets up its members to fail because no one can follow all of their "rules". Just like the Pharisees. That's one of the reasons I got the hell out.
