Like when the dew is on the cobbles?
-
Pleasuredome
i doubt there'd been dew on the cobbles that morning with the speed he was going at

What does speed have to do with the amount of moisture on the street?

Good brakes. Sounds faster than it looks. Cool. How much is a 275 GT, half a million?

Dude:
Have you ever driven on cobblestones, far less wet ones? It's an experience that you wouldn't want at low speed, far less the speeds he appears to be doing even without the added soundtrack!

Secondly, I've spent countless hours playing racing games where you do the same thing, so seeing this guy pull it off on real streets is impressive. It was ballsy and brilliant!
You realize that you are comparing playing a racing game to reality? If you really are impressed by this sort of behavior, you have issues probably best suited to a professional diagnosis.
"Ballsy" and "brilliant" to pit the driver's own driving skill against chance and the unlucky pedestrian's life? Purely anti-social, dangerous behavior. And it obviously titillates you.

I thought at the end of the long trip, "he was going to end up at the White House."

If we are talking about the same video, this comes up from time to time on my Ferrari website.
It is thought that the actual car was a 1969 era Mercedes 6.3 litre 4-door sedan. The reality was that the camera was mounted on the front bumper in a massive welded steel frame and the speeds never went above the "majic tonne".
Myth busted.l IMHO
James, holding my speed cars in reserve for the visitation of Little Toe...
