Nope, I could never, ever, go back. I am also still trying to clean up the wreckage and fix myself after growing up in the JWs. There is no way in hell I would ever go back.
Would you go back if...

I can't say never. After if the Worldwide Church of God (Herbert W. Armstrong) changed amny of its "unique" doctrines, then maybe there is hope.

No.
And I hate to say that I didn't even read the condition on your post..just the title.
For me it's just that simple. "Would you ever go back if..."
"No."
They got the first twenty some odd years of my life, and I want those back too!

No, would never go back. But, I hope that some of my old friends tracked me down and apologized for screaming at me right before I was DFd, when I left the org. I would tell them that I forgive them and its OK.

Not a chance..
No offence to anyone, but partially because of their absolute stance on the infalibility of what they taught, it made me take a hard look at religion and the concept of god in general and made me come to some interesting revelations. The WTBTS is largely responsible for making me an atheist. (so I guess they did something good, despite their best attempts)
I never had anything in common with anyone in my hall and never really did anything with anyone there. Even reducing it to the level of a social club, I still would see no value in going back.
Ok.... If they gave back all the money I donated, I might stop by and pick up the check.. That's it though.

There's a chance that I'm not religious, so I may not be very interested in any religion. If the Watch Tower group got out of the medical treatment business and quit shunning, I'd probably quit exposing their medical treatment practices and their shunning practices.

Quandry
Well, really, I don't know. I found several things to admire about Witnesses, obviously that's why I became one. I was happy to find a people who did not go to war. Look at what mankind have done to one another through war. I also would love to live forever in paradise on earth. I love animals and plants, and hate the sickness and suffering I see around us. I still do not beleive in the Trinity. Never did. And please, I could not go back to HELLFIRE. I have seen the hypocrisy of the mainline churches. Was part of Christendom before the Borg.
On the other hand, how did they just get to make up things, like the pyramids determined the dates, and flip flopping on doctrine, and reproving people for reporting the publicly known information that the WTS was a NGO connected to the UN. Yes, what about the 144,000 and the fact that so many are still annointed today. Also, the change in the doctrine about 1914. I know I constantly read in the Awake magazine on the inside cover that they were trying to build confidence in me that the generation that saw these events begin would NOT pass off the scene until all had been fulfilled!!!
All in all, that is why my alias is Quandry--because the indoctrination was so long and so thorough, that it makes my head hurt just to think about it!!
What is your answer?
