You will not believe this! Now, my husband is in the hospital with a G.I. Bleed. Last night, he had to have a transfusion. They're going to do a EGD (esophagogastroduodenoscopy) to look inside his stomach and duodenum to see if they can find where he is bleeding from. Some of you will remember that he had a heart attack in January, and that, the meds that they put him on caused to have severe G.I. bleeding where he had to have four blood transfusions. I stayed at the hospital with him last night. I didn't sleep well in that recliner, so I'm going to try to get a couple of hours of sleep at home; and then I'll go back to the hospital. I didn't even get to go see my mother the other day because I was with my husband. Talk about being torn in all directions!
The twins (the dubs) did come to see their dad. They even offered to stay with him when I was unable to. Their dad never did get baptized, so they don't have to shun him. It irritates him to no end that they shun me. I guess, I have to be happy with what I get.
I'll be popping in and out. I think. . .
Man, I've been really busy since I took off work for my health issues! I guess somebody knew that I was going to need to be off work.
Such is life!
