A sheriff's deputy may have served him with papers signed by a judge telling him to stay off the KH property, or something similar.

It's obvious they don't want your subversive influence on anyone in the congregation, even going to the extreme of telling your family that you may have mental problems. They're twisting the events to make themselves look like the persecuted, when in reality it was they who hounded you even to the point of showing up uninvited, after dark, to tell you that you were being DFd. But, then JWs have always been good at playing the martyr...

The elders/leaders are still tripping all over each other messing up. They've banned you from the Kingdom Hall, though the supposed "disturbance" was on your very own doorstep. Not only that, they keep calling you! They better make up their mind; do they want you far, far away, or do they want to continue pestering you?
I would love for a Circuit Overseer to explain this to a local judge.

Well to everyone who really must know, I'm sure a judge would have to sign any order preventing me from going to the KH, however, I was not summoned to attend, or at least I didn't go if I was. All I know is that the elders (who I'm sure were told exactly what to say by the GB) told the police that I was coming in causing a disturbance. There were 10 of them witnessing against me so it's not really going to matter what I say. It's not like I was actually charged with anything, they just really don't want me around anymore
