I also recall 2 Witnesses killed in a bomb explosion in a Kingdom Hall in Australia several years ago; the beheading of a couple of Jehovah's Witnesses in the Philippines about 3 years ago; the murder of 3 family members here in Florida (probably a couple of years ago???). What about the numerous Witnesses who died in concentration camps during World War II? Moreover, there are numerous other examples of Jehovah's Witnesses who have died unprotected by Jehovah.
When Hurricane Katrina destroyed numerous Kingdom halls and Jehovah's Witness homes in La. and Miss. I asked this question to Jehovah's Witnesses. Will Jehovah's Witnesses, therefore, be able to find safety in their Kingdom Halls at Armageddon if they can't find it in natural disasters? I was told JWs are not guaranteed protection from natural disasters anymore than anyone else. Eccl. 9:11 was quoted: "time and unforeseen occurrence befall them all." Safety does not come from being in a building.
