When I was married and knew I was in trouble for something. I always wanted for the elders to show up. Even though, of course, I knew it was silly. It was a feeling I got for a minute. I know this sounds really stupid!

And yep, nylons and dresses. I bet in many,many years I've only worn a couple dresses!

dad use to have pockets of them when we went to the hall...( he was trying to always give up smoking)...I always stuck my behind right beside him as I knew he had loads of them tucked away in his pockets ....

I was 40 on Friday and this coming Saturday i'm having one helluva 'knees-up'.

side walks, chapstick, buldging book bags carried at waist height (mailman), any pair of people walking together on the sidewalk wearing good clothing. baseball stadiums, microphones, suits, winter driving in cities, old men wearing old hats and polyester pants, mens dress shoes, old smelly apartment buildings, anyone knocking at the door (even the pizza guy), gravel driveways of old country houses with big mean dogs that are unleashed, the smell of someones house from outside their door step, rich houses with blacktop paved driveways, minivans, being in the back seat of a car...
Whenever I see a window cleaner on our street.
Whenever I look in the wardrobe and see Trevs ties, which he rarely wears now thank goodness
