KennyC, it was, probably, one of those freaky kinds of accidents. You know, vacuuming in the nude and he happened to bend over while dusting over the furniture and swoosh!

Seems I recall that happening to me once when I was working for a moving van company at the Hefner estate. One of his young daughters was moving back home from college and we were vaccuming before placing the king-sized bed in it's appropriate position. Then all of a sudden, like you said, Whoosh !
