Nothing yet....But if we are going out today, then I am packing up my sons and taking them swimming. No sense waiting around for it, and spend the last moments in bliss with my kids.

An interesting short story would be how a society, eternally and constantly paranoid of its own demise, descends into chaos and rips itself apart by continually making projections for Armageddon being 'just around the corner.' Heh... I would read that.
