I hope they bring charges against him for obstruction of justice and interference in a criminal investigation.

You have got that right - and don't you just know that now he is planning on working out the book & movie rights?
I sure hope they have something left on the child-porn charges in either California or Georgia...

Thanks Swalker for your info. He does have to deal w/outstanding charges in CA.
Also, JamesWoods I agree w/you. I still think it was an "inside job".

I don't think so. They'll believe his testimony before they believe the DNA evidence. Recall, they are certified (their own words) scoffers of DNA evidence in court cases. Based on his personal testimony, they'd put him on trial.

Took a while to dredge up this old thread, but...for what it is worth, I saw something that applies to the case.
Last night I saw a handwriting analyst on TV. She showed samples of Patsy Ramsey's writing of a word or two, followed by the same word in the so-called "ransom note".
The resemblance of the two was to say the least, uncanny. To anybody who can read, not just to a professional, IMHO.
The professional analyst claimed that there was a less than 2% chance that a member of the general public could have written that ransom note in such a spooky similar manner.
For what it is worth, I guess - I have long decided that the public will never know what happened.
